After a lengthy hiatus Dausteg (formerly Deathstep), my club concept with Are Mokkelbost returns to Oslo on September 10th in conjunction with Norway’s Ultima Contemporary Music Festival . Joining us live and representing the UK Hardcore Continuum are the mighty Mount Kimbie. Also performing will be Ipecac recording artist Mick Barr of Ocrilim and Black Metal inspired Hip Hop collective Tri-Function Million. This unholy alliance all comes together in Kulturkirken Jakob, a huge church in Oslo’s centre, naturally. You can find more info here.

Now i’ve never been a fan of charts that all full of tracks and remixes by the artist compiling the list but i had to put a few of my own in to help promote Let The Night Roar. I’ve tried limiting my own music though.

This will be the second time i’ve played out with BSE & Audio (i was sandwiched between their sets recently at PRSPCT XL9) and the second time i have played in Belgium. The first time was WAY back in late 2003, my first paid gig outside of the UK. I’m then back on Sunday the 18th October alongside The Bug at De Kreun, Kortrijk.

This is pretty much my deejay set right now put down in decent quality. Ableton stems mixed down in to Logic rather then recorded straight out in Live. Yeah there really are some tracks i need to update now, i’ve been playing some of the things in this for a long while!
